I opened a new account but could not set stop loss and the quotation closed. It was impossible to do transaction.
I have an account with 39204.57 USD, When I request to withdrawal, It tells me that I have to pay 5% tax fee, which is 1960 USD. Please help me.
i withdraw usd150 , i ask for withdraw on 25 october and only 3 november they process it. .. but till now i not received my usd100 yet only usd50 capital being in my account
from my first withdraw.. usd150.. usd50 being transfer but balance usd100 fail to transfer. they put back only usd72 to my fxcm account by today. only after I'm email the so many time for the evidence of transaction.. this is fraud and never pay any profit. wasting time only trading here
I started trading from last month and made profits. But I couldn’t withdraw and the customer service said it was under process.
I wanted to withdraw $20,000 but the platform asked for 2% handling fees. I changed the withdrawal to $20,400, and it asked for 25% taxes and 20% margins.
