ECSL is a comprehensive corporation in Bangladesh combining investment and Forex which was owned by the EC Securities Limited and located at EC Securities Limited, Kazi Tower (5th Floor), 86, Naya Palton, Dhaka-1000.

Tradable financial products and services are offered by the ECSL, such as portfolio management, issue management, underwriting, merger and acquisition counseling, project feasibility analysis, Equity participation, and private placement of IPO. In addition, for Portfolio Management, there are five types of products available for clients including margin loan facilities, non-discretionary investor accounts, (auto) e-mail transaction notification services, and e-trading solutions. What is worth mentioning, ECSL is on the way to managing to expand the business of the three following services, corporation financing, trusteeship management, as well as credit syndication.
